Keivan A. Perry is a Certified Master Hypnotist practicing through Unity Hypnotherapy LLC. Keivan is not a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical social worker, professional counselor, or medical physician.
Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and shadow work services offered by Unity Hypnotherapy LLC are strictly complementary wellness practices. They are designed to support self-empowerment, stress management, autonomic nervous system down-regulation, and habit alignment.
No Diagnosis or Medical Treatment: Hypnotherapy is never a substitute for medical diagnosis, clinical mental health psychotherapy, or psychiatric medication. Unity Hypnotherapy LLC does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), severe clinical trauma, depression, autoimmune diseases, skin conditions, or any medical or mental illness.
Clients who require medical or psychiatric intervention are strongly advised to seek the care of a licensed healthcare provider. If Keivan determines that a client's needs fall outside the ethical scope of a Certified Master Hypnotist, a referral to a licensed clinician will be provided.
Virtual Sessions & Geographic Applicability
Unity Hypnotherapy LLC is based in Denver, Colorado. Virtual hypnotherapy sessions are conducted live over Zoom and are provided subject to applicable Colorado location and professional practice standards. Unity Hypnotherapy LLC makes no claims of universal eligibility across all jurisdictions.

Client privacy is of paramount importance. Information collected through our website, calendar booking forms, and consultation calls (such as your name, email, and phone number) is used solely to deliver requested guides, confirm appointments, and communicate about services.

- SSL/TLS encryption for information transmitted through our website.
- Secure payment processing through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
- Access to client information limited to the business owner and authorized team members who need it to deliver the services you requested.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt-in via our forms, Unity Hypnotherapy LLC may send an SMS containing your guide link or appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
